"WHAT IS IT?" is a visual monthly challenge that is intended to test one's knowledge of Greensboro College's history, educate one about the history of the college and be a challenging, but fun and entertaining, diversion. Each image will be related, in some way, shape or form, to the history of Greensboro College. The monthly challenge is open to anyone. The first person to correctly answer each month will receive a 5"x7" photo print of that month's visual challenge.

Pictured above is Turrentine Hall, circa 1958. This former president's residence was used as the first residence for men after the college became co-educational in 1954. Prior to its use as a residence hall, it was used as a residence for various college personnel for a number of years.
