Pictured above is a sketch, circa 1961, of a proposed "Little Theater" that would have had a seating capacity of 300 persons, three drama classrooms, wardrobe and make-up rooms, and a few faculty offices. The proposed location of the Little Theater was just north of Odell Memorial Building on College Place. Ultimately, the college opted to build a humanities building (Cowan Hall) in that location instead.
