"WHAT IS IT?" is a visual monthly challenge that is intended to test one's knowledge of Greensboro College's history, educate one about the history of the college and be a challenging, but fun and entertaining, diversion. Each image will be related, in some way, shape or form, to the history of Greensboro College. The monthly challenge is open to anyone. The first person to correctly answer each month will receive a 5"x7" photo print of that month's visual challenge.

Pictured above is the Math Club in 1953 with the large campus telescope that was used for astronomy classes. The location was also requested for the purposes of answering this month's challenge, but after some inspection, the exact location the photo was taken is under further review.
